Michael  sarbel ，又名Sarbelsarbel ，希腊当红偶像歌手，是2005年度“希腊偶像”（类似于“美国偶像”之类的选秀大赛）。他1981年5月14日出生在英国伦敦，祖籍塞浦路斯，生活在希腊漂亮的克里特岛上。目前在希腊和塞浦路斯非常走红,他的父亲是一位歌手而他母亲是黎巴嫩人,成长背景很复杂 ,早期在他5-16岁时他在伦敦英国国家歌剧院和皇家歌剧院做演员并录制过英语版普契尼的《托斯卡Tosca》,18岁时他回到了希腊,而后经过数年磨练他终于成才,22岁时已经在中东和希腊崭露头角.
